Scope and availability

Memo Domains is a service of the company identified below. The site is currently preparing to accept orders. Search results reflect the supplier response at the displayed time and do not create a reservation, ownership right or guarantee of future availability.

Prices and orders

Prices are in euros. The current catalogue displays prices excluding VAT; the applicable tax and final total must be shown before a binding order or payment. Registration, renewal, transfer, duration and any premium-domain or restoration fees must be quoted separately. Promotional first-year prices do not establish the renewal price.

An order may proceed only after the customer has reviewed the exact domain spelling, registrant details, operation, duration, tax treatment and total, and has accepted the applicable terms. An order acknowledgement or payment receipt alone does not confirm that the registry has completed the operation.

Registrant and supplier rules

The customer must provide accurate registrant information, have authority to use it, and comply with the applicable registry eligibility requirements, trademark rights and dispute policies. Dynadot supplies the registrar service; registry rules, verification requirements and transfer restrictions vary by extension. The relevant supplier and registry terms will be identified before an order.

No guarantee is made that every catalogue extension or operation is available through the API at every moment. Premium names and names subject to restrictions require a specific quote.

Renewal and expiry

The renewal price and expiry date must be shown separately. Future renewal reminders and invoices are to be handled through Assist. Automatic renewal is not currently activated by this website; it requires a separately confirmed setting and payment arrangement.

The customer must keep contact and payment details current. Expired domains can stop resolving or enter grace, redemption or deletion periods. Restoration can carry an additional quoted fee. Timely renewal is the safest way to retain the name; no universal grace period is promised.

Transfers and cancellation

A transfer may require an authorisation code, unlocked status and eligibility checks. It does not always add a year: conditions depend on the extension and registry. No transfer is submitted before the operation and included duration are confirmed.

The withdrawal and refunds notice explains consumer rights and the conditions for requesting immediate performance. No blanket rule excludes refunds merely because an order concerns a domain.

Accounts and security

An account holder must protect their credentials and keep their email address accessible. Optional two-factor authentication and recovery codes are available when account access is enabled. Security notifications and account recovery emails are service communications. Marketing consent is separate.

Mandatory rights and changes

Portuguese law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in the country where the consumer habitually resides. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes apply prospectively. The version and confirmed order conditions must be retained with each future order; a later website change does not silently alter an accepted order.
